We're a martial arts school dedicated to empowering the youth of Scotch Plains and nearby towns. Classes are available in a group or one-on-one.

What your child learns
We believe in building up every child who walks through our door. Our classes help kids by:
- Working on their motor skills
- Showing them how to defend themselves
- Boosting their confidence
- Teaching important social skills

We really enjoy the program at Family Martial Arts Center of SPF. My son started off nervous to join but Mr. Sackett went out of his way to make sure he felt comfortable. My son loves it now! He is now an orange belt and continues to improve with each class. The teachers are welcoming, funny, and also make the families watching feel included too.
